Damaged or Defective Tires
• Full Refund or Exchange is available for tires that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
• Customers must report damage within 48 hours of receiving the tires.
• Tires must be unused and unmounted.
Process:
• Submit photos of the damaged tires and proof of purchase.
• Upon approval, the tires will be exchanged or refunded at no cost to the customer.
Incorrect Tire Purchases
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns or exchanges for incorrect tire sizes or types ordered by the customer.
• Tires must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Tires must be in original condition, unused, and unmounted.
Process:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds (minus the restocking fee) will be issued once the tires are inspected and verified in acceptable condition.
Non-Refundable Conditions
• Tires that have been mounted, driven on, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
